Easy Recipe for a Vegan Spaghetti Bolognese

 Today I will show you my favorite super simple recipe for spaghetti.
Despite the fact that it doesn’t contain many ingredients it is very filling and delicious!

You will make such a dinner in less than 30 minutes.
Easy Recipe for a Vegan Spaghetti Bolognese

What will you need:

(Dish for 4 people)

• Smoked tofu
• Large Carrot
• Large onion
•Tomato concentrate 200g

1/2 cup of water
• Light soy sauce
• Oregano or Herbes de Provence
• A touch of Agave syrup or sugar
•Garlic
•Pepper and salt
• spaghetti pasta

Easy Recipe for a Vegan Spaghetti Bolognese

Preparation:

I start preparing the dinner from crushing the smoked tofu in my hands into small pieces, which I then put on hot pan. I pour it with a tablespoon of soy sauce and add a little agave syrup. When tofu is brown, I take it from the pan to the plate.
I fry the finely chopped onion on the same pan, and when it glazed I add grated carrot. Then I pour a whole jar of tomato concentrate into the pan and add a water to it. I season the sauce with oregano, pepper and salt and a tablespoon of soy sauce. Then I put the fried tofu in the sauce and squeeze garlic cloves through the press. I cook the sauce about 5-10min on low heat. I serving sauce with corn spaghetti noodles.
